We've had lots of great things happen this month at Morrisons!
Firstly, I would like to thank the ladies from St Andrews Knit and Natter group for their donation of knitted hats; cardigans; and blankets for The Princess Royal Maternity Hospital, the staff from the Labour Ward and the Premature Baby Unit were very grateful for the donations.
Seventeen members of staff and their families completed a zipslide across the River Clydeto raise funds for CHAS- Children's Hospices Across Scotland. All the money raised will goto Robin House in Balloch.
I am delighted to say that this raised £4525!This partnership will be coming to a close at the end of September. To date our shop in Baillieston has raised over £20,000 in 16 months for this amazing charity!
Thank you so much for your support. Our new charity for the next three years will be Marie Curie.
All money raised will go to the Marie Curie Hospice in Glasgow. We are looking forward to working with the team and the community! We also donated juice and snacks to Broomhouse Hall Fun Day.
We hope everyone had agreat time and enjoyed the snacks. We are looking forward to Christmas with our local school choirs who will be visiting the store. Perhaps Santa will even pay a visit...You can also follow our Morrisons Baillieston Customer Facebook page.
