Help Shape Mount Vernon’s Future

Recently, we’ve joined forces with neighbouring councils to stand up for our area - including opposing the proposed landfill expansion that affects us all.


Here’s some of what we’ve achieved so far:

  • Organised community litter picks and local clean-ups

  • Provided feedback on planning and building proposals

  • Secured extra support and funding from Glasgow City Council

  • Donated to local charities and community groups

  • Worked closely with councillors, police, and fire services

  • Helped improve roads, parks, and crossings in the area
