Platform is the arts centre at the heart of The Bridge, located in Easterhouse, offering a year-round programme of cutting-edge performance, music, visual arts and participation.

Platform views culture and creativity as a bedrock of a healthy and inclusive society. Our work is rooted in our location and engages directly with our audiences. We work with a range of local and national partners to bring together communities and artists.

Creativity is in us all. Platform’s Taking Part programme provides a wide choice of regular sessions for children, young people and adults looking to develop their creative skills, including music classes, artists’ talks and our performance and visual art workshops.

The Platform Cafe Bar is based on the ground floor of The Bridge and serves reasonably priced breakfast, lunch and snacks. There's all the usual lattes, coffees and hot chocolates as well as a range of specialty teas and alcoholic drinks. There's free WIFI in the cafe and it's an ideal place to chill out, have a cuppa or do some work.
